To embed our eight ‘Safety Attitude’ commitments, we set out a roadmap and a QEH (Quality Environment Health and Safety) program structure.
In 2017, we defined and deployed a delegation system, clarifying our roles and responsibilities in the field of health and safety. This included defining systems for premises, project management and hierarchical, collective responsibility, which were then established in 2018.
We also appointed a health and safety correspondent to deploy the rules, advise Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) managers, implement awareness modules and define indicators. These indicators will help coordinate the process and report to stakeholders on any progress made.
We have chosen the ISO 45001 standard as a basis for building our health and safety management system.
