Thanks to our decades of experience, we have developed a strong group-wide health and safety culture, including at building sites and industrial environments.

Our approach was formalised in 2014, under our “Safety Attitude by Egis” program. It has eight key points:

1. Assess HSE risks and deploy the necessary actions
2. Train our employees
3. Implement HSE best practices
4. Respect and enforce correct actions and use personal protective equipment
5. Adopt responsible and safe conduct
6. Report all dangerous situations and accidents
7. Behave appropriately in the event of accidents
8. Audit our projects and site activities

These eight key points have been translated into easy-to-follow rules that apply to all employees - whether in the office, travelling or in the field - communicated through an e-learning campaign.
